WHY JOIN US?
Nowadays, it is urgent to adopt sustainable consumption and production practices that are underscored by prominent initiatives as the European Union Sustainable Development Strategy and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The introduction of the Digital Product Passport (DPP), a key element of the ESPR, presents an opportunity to enhance traceability, offering stakeholders comprehensive information about a product's life cycle, materials, and environmental impact.
The ESPR establishes the Digital Product Passport (DPP) as the system to access on a need-to-know basis information essential to support sustainable production and enable the transition to circular economy, boosting material and energy efficiency, extending product lifetime and optimizing product design, manufacturing, use and end of life handling.

- Contributing to the specification of the DPP system architecture
- Contribute to the developement of a toolset for an easy implementation of the DPP by economic operators and DPP service providers
- Promoting these assets through scientific publications
You will contribute to projects with academic and industrial partners of the LSEA, as well as be involved in French and European collaborative research projects, particularly in the fields of circular economy and digital product passports.
